From Zero to Claude Code Pro in 90 Minutes

This hands-on workshop by Carl Vellotti (The Full Stack PM) teaches product managers how to use Claude Code effectively within a 90-minute structured session. Using a fictional scenario of joining Faculty Products as a PM, participants learn to synthesize research, create formatted deliverables, build prototypes, and establish a personal operating system using AI tools.

The workshop covers essential Claude Code capabilities: file referencing and multi-document synthesis, template-based transformations, slash commands for workflow automation, CLAUDE.md for project memory, MCPs (Model Context Protocol) for tool integration, and Plan Mode for approval-based workflows. The course includes downloadable templates and a structured folder system ("PM Copilot OS") that PMs can immediately implement.
